MAINS ELECTRICITY.There is no natural gas in Cyprus at present. LPG is used for gas hob. Sewage is to a private, biological, septic tank.
MAINS WATER is provided by Skarinou Village. The supply is plentiful and the pressure very good. Payment to Skarinou council, as are the rates which are approximately €150 annually. Seniors over 65 years receive a discount on general rates, providing they have informed the village council.
MAIL is delivered or can be collected from village bank.
TELEPHONE, WIFI and CABLE TV is provided by CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority)
TRANSPORT - Buses pass the house and travel to Larnaka, Lemesos and Lefkosia. There are also local buses for access to local villages. Main bus station is in the next village, Kofinou.
