home by placing a handmade poster on a local post office notice board.
Surprised by how easy it had been and the huge cost saving it resulted in, he used his skills as a website
developer to create a website dedicated to Private Sales.
MagnoliaProperty.co.uk has grown and evolved over the years, it is a family business and today it focuses on International private sales,
providing a more proactive and effective advertising service than most Estate Agents while charging 0% commission.
