This elevated end of terrace bungalow much cherished and cared for, needs a new owner to love it as much as our family has. We have shared it with our family for fourteen years, and have lots of fond memories, but they have grown up and it is now time for us to move on.

The Patio view is stunning, and one of the reasons we bought this house in the first place, it comes with a role out sun awning, and depending on negotiation, a six seat dining table and chairs. The fact we are on a stepped hill affords plenty of privacy to just have a drink, dine with friends, or sunbathe in privacy.

We have the full deeds for the property, and the Leptos management fees are 160 Euros a quarter and have remained stable with only slight rises, for most of our tenure. The fees cover the cost of maintenance of the estate gardens, and electric street lighting as well as the maintenance of the large stunning shared pool on the complex. There are Pictures are attached. The pool has sun beds and umbrellas provided, which the maintenance charges provide and maintain.
The site has a mainly British resident management team who live on the site and look after our interests, with the maintenance contractors
The house is within walking distance are pubs, bars, restaurants both Cypriot and English and the community on the site are both welcoming and friendly.
Chlorakas village is five minutes walk, and has Banks, Tavernas, and a large Papa Antonios supermarket, where you can get the best fruit and veg, and lots of English product.
