The property is located in Asini, a small village some 6km distance from Nafplio. It contains, various shops, taverns and a school and there is a local bus service to Nafplio. The beach can be found in Tolon just 1.5 km away. The development is located off the main road in the village in a quiet area with woods and hills in the distance.
This house is ideal for family holidays since its location includes an architectural designed tavern, a large communal car park, an outdoors swimming pool and a grassed play area for children. However, the prime benefit is the flexibility of usage. It can be a total family occupation or a split-level with the two upper floors for a family and the lower level for use as a fully self-contained rental or a granny flat or visitors accommodation.

The mid-level runs the full width of the house and has a kitchen/dining area at one end containing built-in dishwasher and washing machine with free standing tall fridge and a window overlooking the garden area. Although there is a tenant in place this is not a problem, because of the terms of contract we have that is controlled by our Greek lawyer. Alternatively, the tenant would probably welcome a retention if the purchaser so wished.
