A pretty and welcoming, detached, three bedroom house, with an unusual feature of a large upstairs lounge. This is a most attractive part of France but in no way remote. The nearby Colmont River is enchanting (free wheel down the lane and then a short walk)
as is the Mayenne river with its wonderful tow-path cycle route. We notice that Gorron has acquired four 'Sport Motifs' on the signs!
Super U supermarket 3 km away, which is excellent. A useful English food shop, with good prices, has recently opened in Gorron too. Local cinemas and and each town has an 'espace culturel' where many interesting events take place.
