The cottage was built in the 1800's. It has been recently renovated and is very modern with an open plan design. The cottage is in a very pretty rural setting ideal for walking and cycling. It is within walking distance of the hamlet of Locuon and within 5 kilometres of Ploerdut with shops and bars. The ports of St Malo and Roscoff and the airport of Dinard are all within a 2 hours drive
Ploerdut is a very pretty village with bars, shops, hairdresser , chemist, doctors and restaurants. The main square has the church as its central point with shops and the mairie and post office opposite. There are fetes in the summer months and many activities held in the village.
