The south facing property has its own private tarmac drive. The entrance area is dry stone walled with a fine old wood garden door entrance and parking for 3 cars.
The property is an old converted farmhouse built of stone, probably over 200 years old with traditional Spanish terracotta floor and roof tiles in grounds of 3,478 sq metres on its hillside looking towards the coast.
