Beautiful Spanish country house and pool in Guaro, Andalucia. The house was built in 2005 but we have owned this land since 2001 and are now selling as our children have grown up and gone to live in Australia, so that's where we are off to so we can be close to them again.
We have all necessary documents with relevant paperwork stored and registered with our lawyers in Fuengirola.
We have 300 degrees of stunning mountain views with valleys of olive and orange trees, and are only 20 minutes from Marbella and 40 minutes from Malaga.Local amenities are within a short drive away, and we have 500 meters of unmade road access to our villa.
To totally appreciate the views and the size of the house, you really have to be here, so viewings are an absolute essential. We currently have 3 double bedrooms and a 4th single bedroom/office,with 2 ensuite bathrooms, a 3rd bathroom and an upstairs toilet. Large living area, with L shaped kitchen and utility area with washing machine and breakfast bar.
