This double storey villa is located within walking distance of Sao Bras de Alportel. On the outskirts of lovely walking countryside and part of the Algarvian Way. The villa was built in 2007 in a modern style with some traditional Portuguese features. Cane ceilings, Santa Catarina floor tiles, and hand painted tiles in the large open plan Portuguese style kitchen.
Ground floor:- The double entrance doors lead into a spacious hall with a guest wc and a small area under the stairs which was used as a small office. The spacious lounge diner leads into a large kitchen which is fitted with an electric oven, hob and dishwasher. The utility room has an energy efficient heat exchange boiler, a washing machine and tumble drier. The pantry provides storage for cleaning equipment, kitchen equipment and provisions.
