The area all be in the country is only a 10 min walk to the local village, which has Doctors, chemist, vet, shop, bakers, bar & restaurant. There is also numerous towns within a short driving distance. Alzira is a delightful university town with many individual shops & bars it is only 6K away. The beach is within easy reach and takes around 30 minutes to drive. The coast line is one of the best in Spain and has numerous small resorts to visit.
Easy airport access to Valencia and Alicante, making it a very central position to reside.
