Off the entrance hall is a lounge/sitting area, with bedroom 3 leading off, and a small hallway with bathroom 1 and doorway to the main living space.
The main living space comprises of a Spanish-style open kitchen with additional open living and dining area, which forms the centre of the property. Off the large kitchen/living area, there is a large walk-in larder storage room; bathroom 2; bedroom 4; a bar room with functional bar area.
The granny annex can be accessed also from the main living area, and comprises of kitchenette, lounge/bedroom and shower room (bathroom number 3).
To the side exterior of the property is a carport and spiral staircase to sun terrace, which overlooks the pool as well as the stunning views of the Sierra Orihuela mountains.
To the rear exterior is a canopied patio area overlooking the large outdoor pool. The pool is fully-mosaiced and has a fountain and full filtration system. There is also an outdoor solar-heated shower. There is a further patioed area for entertaining and barbecuing, with a built-in gas barbeque and traditional brick chimney.
There is an additional garden/orchard area with cherry, lime, orange, nectarine, plum, kumquat, fig, pomegranate, grapefruit trees.
This property has the benefit of being rural, while also being a short 10 minute drive from Orihuela city, with its retail park, cafes, shops, museums, theatre and train station. The property is also 30 minutes drive from the various nearby coastal towns and beaches; 20 minutes from hospital; 20 minute drive from two large shopping centres; 35 minutes from Murcia International airport, and 40 minutes from Alicante International airport.
