We are Umbria an interesting structural agritourism business located in the municipality of Gubbio, province of Perugia. The property is accessible by a paved road, part of which is gravel. The location is very interesting from a naturalistic point of view being at the end of a Green Valley. The land surrounding the buildings covers an area of about 2 hectares with fences for horses and the possibility of truffles.
The structure consists of two separate buildings, the farmhouse of approx. 320 square meters, the other more recently plastered is on ground level of approx. 194 square meters consisting of six self-catering apartments each with independent access, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom which could be converted into a larger apartment by making an opening in the wall. The building was renovated in 2000 with rustic slats covering the roof, wooden window frames with double glazing, heating system with convectors and an external refilling gas tank. The original structure of the farmhouse is probably of medieval times with subsequent extensions in the 1950s and 1980s, it is about 50 meters from the apartments. It is on three levels; on the lower ground floor three rooms have been created for tasting local products. There is also a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. This floor has been completely renovated with grès type terracotta flooring and wooden beams. The oldest part has been in kept in stone walls. On the upper ground floor, the farmhouse has been reserved for the owner/operator. The patio is approx. 25 square meter and leads into the living room with a fireplace and the dining room. From the living room there is access to the kitchen and adjacent to the kitchen built in masonry, there is a laundry and storage room of about 20 square meters that has access from inside and outside of the house. In the living room there is an open staircase that leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Fixtures, doors and floors need renovating on this part of the house. The water supply is via a private well, while the house is heated by a thermo stove and gas. Maintenance needs to be carried out but the property represents a good investment for who wants to live in contact with nature and for business.
