What is unbelievable about this property are the views. On one side you see the mountains and on the other a clear view of the sea. Both bedrooms have balconies and one of these balconies looks onto these spectacular views so you can wake up in the morning to breakfast on your balcony and looking out to the beautiful bay with it's blue skies and clear blue sea. The house is on an private complex near the village of El Campello, Alicante, Spain. It is about 30 minutes from Alicante airport and a 5 minute drive from El Campello. The house is fully refurbished with parquet flooring in both bedrooms, landing and lounge, and new rustic style tiles in the rest of the house. The bathroom is fitted with a new modern shower, toilet, bidet and unit and the downstairs has it's own toilet and unit. One of the bedrooms has a built in wardrobe and cupboard for the water heater. The front of the lounge goes straight out onto a large terrace with those spectacular views again. The original design of the lounge incorporated a large chimney to combat the slight chill of the few weeks a year that the temperatures tend to drop but this has been removed. However, although the ceiling has been repaired the possibility of installing a wood burner in the property is still possible and would make a cosy addition to the lounge.. The village of El Campello is a delightful place with it's own beach and promenade with a vast choice of bars and restaurants of all different qualities. You can enjoy the local fiestas in this village in mid July and also in mid October. You are also a stones throw away from both Alicante in one direction and Benidorm in the other with access to both these cities by tram which is not too far from the complex. The complex itself has a large garden and comunal area with children's park and various swimming pools, it's own supermarket and several bars. There is private parking within the complex. We recommend a viewing to appreciate the marvelous views to appreciate the beauty and all at a totally accessible price. Excellent opportunity for investment also.
