The property is in the Town of Ontinyent which is typically Spanish, in South West Valencia. It has the usual amount of bars/restaurants, supermarkets and small bakeries. The town still retains it's ancient atmosphere albeit nursing the commercial side for it’s growth over the years. It has a long history with textiles and still has a reputation for quality.

The Garden is mainly of mature trees with rows of Cyprus border trees. There are 20 Olive trees with a selection of fruit and almond trees. Normally we have the same Olive pickers who collects when they say it is time! and a few months later we get a gallon of Olive oil. The Pool is 9m x 5m with it's own pump house, it faces the house and is stepped down from the Terrace areas. The garden has a lovely rockery the full length of the house looking out onto the large gravel area for several cars etc,
