When we purchased the house since it has clean deeds we managed to obtain the property deeds in three weeks time. However this is only a guide. At holiday/vacation time the Notary Public offices are closed so it will take long at say Christmas time.

The house has clean deeds, zero debt, no liens or bank loans. Also all property taxes are up to date and all paid.
