There is plenty of parking on private land immediately outside the main gates. The building is in a safe, secluded and very quiet area.

It's a wonderful place to come to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine!

It's also an excellent place to work as we have very efficient, fast WiFi. So, rather than go into the office, sit by the pool or on the balcony with your laptop!

We also have a great live TV and streaming service, getting newly released films at the time they are released in the USA often and prior to UK release.

The first pool photograph was taken on a December day. The sun was hot, the temperature about 72 degrees F. The sky was blue and the ocean sparkled.

The terrace around the pool has plenty of sun loungers where you can soak up the sunshine, and large parasols if you like some shade. The terrace is paved with sandstone and the whole outside area has a luxurious feel.

The pool area has featured lighting giving it a magical feel at night and making it a place to enjoy your evening meals and cocktails.

The whole complex is small, private, secluded and has the 'Wow' factor.

LOCAL INFORMATION
The hillside village of Peyia offers stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea and a wonderful climate!

This location is popular with both permanent residents from Britain, Germany and Russia, and holiday visitors who may be owners or tenants.

The village centre of Pegeia is about 5min walk away and the tourist area of Coral Bay, with its sandy beach and facilities, is about five minutes drive away.

There are plenty of walking areas directly from Beau View, through both residential and rural routes. Banana plantations and citrus groves surround the area and the little harbour of Agios Giorgios is less than ten minutes drive away. Boats can be launched there.

A regular bus service gives access to other towns in the area and to the rugged Akamas Peninsula.

A short drive through Pegeia, rising sharply into the hills, gives stunning views across the Akamas National Park and the Pegeia/Paphos coastline.

Just a little way further is the vineyard area where local wines can be sampled and purchased.
