This typical Spanish house is in the heart of a small village in the beautiful Vall de Gallinera. It is in an area of outstanding beauty, a cherry growing valley with an abundance of wildlife and fauna. An extremely tranquil place with a slow pace of life and few visitors, ideal for peace and quiet.
The house has been restored over several years, with some of the old features being re-injected or uncovered. It has a nice airy feel to it, with thick walls helping to keep it cool in the summer. The house has three good sized bedrooms and one bathroom, which consists of toilet, sink, shower with hot water being supplied to it by it's own boiler.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob and oven. There is a boiler which supplies hot water for the kitchen only.
The roof terrace is a large space covering the whole of the house. There is a water supply and sink up on the terrace. The views of the surrounding mountains and valley are beautiful, with views from the terrace nearly all the way around.

There is a lovely pool in the village (walkable down a hill from the house), this is open in the summer months and has a bar/restaurant and is in a beautiful setting. There are several villages nearby with some good, very reasonably priced restaurants. The beach is around 25 mins drive in the car, mainly on windy rural roads, so it’s a nice drive. There are lots of places to walk and if you are really up for a big hike, there is the Forada, which is right next to this village, a highish mountain, walkable if it’s not too hot, with some great views. There are also a couple of local running routes if you are feeling really energetic.
