Inland 35 minutes from the beautiful Almeria coast is our unique 250 year old cortijo, set in approximately 10 acres of stunning countryside. Total peace and tranquility, with houses nearby, and midway between two traditional white villages. The thriving town of Huercal Overa, with all facilities, is only a 15 minute drive away.
This is a large farmhouse sympathetically restored, with a Boho Chic style, and ready for as a new home or to develop further for a business. All the rooms are light and spacious with high beamed ceilings and every room has a beautiful view. Ideally suited as a home or a rural holiday business, such as a retreat for yoga or painting. We are surrounded by nature with birds nesting, including Bee Eaters, Rollers, and Hoopoes.
