We have for sale an affordable two storeys detached house, only 11km from the beach and approximately 60km from both Varna and Burgas airports. The house is located in the peaceful village of Rakovskovo, right on the edge of the Balkan mountain range with its picturesque woodlands and unique climate. Rakovskovo is close to some of the most attractive seaside towns in Bulgaria - Obzor and Nesebar.
Obzor has a variety of beaches, including the clean and spectacular Irakli Beach, surrounded by beautiful nature with light waves, rated the best beach in Bulgaria by Tripadvisor travellers.
Nesebar, often referred to as the "Pearl of the Black Sea", is an ancient city and one of the major seaside resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, located in Burgas Province. Here you can easily find both small wild beaches and equipped beaches with rescuers and first aid. Despite the fact that the majority of Bulgarian beaches are sandy, in Nesebar you can also find small pebble beaches.
The garden is easy to maintain, large enough for a pool, with lots of flowers and fruiting trees.
