Our triplex family holiday house is fully furnished and ready to host a large family.
Bursa is known as the city of silk. It is also known for its seaside and ski resorts as well as for its historical monuments. It has good travel connections to Istanbul and to the second airport of Istanbul, Sabiha Gokcen (SAW).
The house is located in a district with relatively higher altitude and is built on a south facing corner plot with a nice view of the Great Mountain. Bus stop and taxi stations are within two minutes walking distance which makes travel to the city centre, ferries to Istanbul and large supermarket chains extremely easy.
The climate in Bursa is typical of the region: hot summers and snowy winters with mild temperatures in spring and autumn. Exterior insulation of the building is completed and air conditioning is fitted in three separate rooms to enjoy a mild temperature even in extreme summer heat.
The entrance yard of the house has parking space for two cars, the front garden has a good range of both fruit (olive, apple and cherry) and other trees, and the side garden can be used for growing vegetables. The garden is enjoyable at least six months of the year with its garden storage, irrigation system and barbecue area, and is visited by cats and hedgehogs.
The entrance hall of the house is fitted with a wardrobe and has access to WC and shower room. It leads to a large reception and dining room with an additional space beside the staircase, which would be ideal for a separate sitting area or workspace. The room is furnished with a corner sofa, an arm chair, dining table, a sofa bed, two bookcases and coffee tables, and has an open entrance to the kitchen. Ceiling and floor lamps are used for lighting of the room.
Off the first floor landing are two bedrooms and the family bathroom, and also on this level is the second reception room, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms as well. This reception room looks out on the front garden and is furnished with a sofa set, sofa bed and bookcases. The main bathroom with washing machine has a balcony viewing the side garden and is fitted with a shower cubicle.
The attic with WC and a fireplace has a front terrace with a magnificent view of the mountain.
