Due to a fire the main house is in need of renovation, however the roof is brand new (photo to follow) The gite is renovated and would be ideal to live in during the renovation period if necessary.

Quotes are available from a local builder, who employs English and French speaking local tradesmen. All necessary work can be completed for a very reasonable price.
The house has undergone a professional decontamination and deep clean service.
