A purpose built residential almacen, (farmhouse), situated 2 kilometers from the local town of Mora La Nova, 1/2 kilometer inland from the C12 road, we are on a no thru track, so we have no passing traffic, except the odd local farmer. Off track parking for cars. The house was built in 2003, and floor level is 1 meter above ground level, to give views over the cherry trees, also providing access to services under the floor. This is a single level dwelling with access to main building and apartment via external steps. The main house is a kitchen/diner/sitting room, with main bedroom off, this leads to bathroom with toilet/washbasin/fully tiled shower cubicle. The apartment is accessed via outside steps and comprises of bedroom with en suite shower room, toilet/washbasin/fully tiled shower.
The outside space has room for growing vegetable etc...there is a cacti rock garden.
The cheery trees are productive and provide a small income when fruit is taken to local market. the olive trees provide sufficient olives to be sold at market, or converted to oil.
