We bought E59 on Costa Golf 2 in 2005 as a holiday home and moved here permanently to another address in 2008, due to the recession we were unable to sell this property, but have used it successfully as a holiday let and also used it for friends who wanted to visit the island. The house still looks like brand new as we have kept it up to date and also added improvements like a full wall of storage cupboards/wardrobes under the stairs, fitted wardrobes in the bedroom as well as all modern features. The house is fully equipped and fully furnished, so for anyone wanting to buy somewhere they could use/let immediately it would be perfect.

The house is a corner plot in a row of four houses and is immediately in front of the pool, Costa Golf 2 is a very quiet complex which consists of holiday lets and some residents. The house is five minutes away by car from Caleta de Fuste and the Golf Course, or there is a coastal walk from the bottom of Costa Antigua which takes approximately ten minutes to walk.

Costa Antigua is a quiet resort with a few bars and restaurants, supermarkets etc, Caleta de Fuste is a more lively resort with lots of bars and restaurants, and also a local man made beach which is safe for young chidren. If you travel a bit further afield you can visit the outstanding beauty of beaches at the top and bottom of the island which has been compared to the caribbean, which is why Fuerteventura is called the caribbean of the canaries.
