Ideal apartment for permanent or holiday home with stunning views in quiet residential area.

The Calabria area is still unspoilt but becoming more popular as an alternative to the North of Italy. It is visited by many European tourists now. Riace is a friendly village with wonderful sandy beaches. Your money goes much further when visiting restuarants to eat and drink in this area than the more popular Italian resorts.

You enter the apartment and go up the stairs to a large lounge diner, equipped with fully fitted kitchen, dining room table and six chairs. The french doors have shutters which open onto a balcony, with space to accommodate a small table and 2 chairs. 2 Large sofa beds and a flat screen TV and DVD are also in the lounge.

There are two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each which can be made into a double. Also bedside drawers, dressing tables and free standing wardrobes are in each room.

The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, shower, sink and bidet.

To the left of the front entrance is an area, which is under the stairs and has a lockable door, which is ready plumbed for a washing machine. This area could store large items including bikes, golf bags, airbeds and all children's toys leaving upstairs uncluttered. A spare bed or additional electrical items could be installed as sockets are available.

The area is quiet and friendly. All the neighbours keep their properties tidy as most own their homes. Perfect evenings on the balcony are spent watching the world go by.

The main coastal road is only 800 metres and all the villages are along this coastal route. This area in Calabria has the most beautiful sandy beaches and is busy but never packed even in peak season. There is a very good restaurant and bar on the beach and lots of snack bars nearby.
Riace is an ideal place as it is relaxing but if you require busier days or evenings, a short drive takes you to many villages along the coastline for variety. Nowhere is too far to drive.

There are plenty of amenties and the next village of Rocella is only 10 minutes drive and also has a weekly market.
