Sal Rei Information
Sal Rei is the capital town on the island of Boa Vista. It is a small town but has many shops and restaurants. There is a local public health centre and a private medical centre. The town has a post office and several banks. It is a 10 minute drive from the international airport. The port is also based in Sal Rei.
The island is renowned for year round sunshine, water sports, beautiful sandy beaches and a lively local music scene which makes it an ideal island for tourists.
