There are plenty of walking areas directly from Beau View, through both residential and rural routes. Banana plantations and citrus groves surround the area and the little harbour of Agios Giorgios is less than ten minutes drive away. Boats can be launched there.
A regular bus service gives access to other towns in the area and to the rugged Akamas Peninsula.
A short drive through Pegeia, rising sharply into the hills, gives stunning views across the Akamas National Park and the Pegeia/Paphos coastline.
Just a little way further is the vineyard area where local wines can be sampled and purchased.
