The house is located within 2 acres of private land edged by its own wood. It is situated along a small lane with one neighbour to the rear in a small one-storey property, which does not overlook the house. The rest of the environment is wooded and with adjacent fields. There is never much passing traffic and the area is very calm. The local services, primary school, shops, markets, restaurants and doctors are just a short drive into town, and there are many and varied local attractions. Schools, dentists and opticians are available in the nearby larger towns of Le Bugue and St Cyprien which are less than 10 minute's drive away.
