This pretty house is in an ideal situation for exploring the Brittany and Normany areas of this wonderful region of France. The setting for the house whilst remaining quiet and safe is within very easy reach of all local amenities and main highways to some of the best known and most famous of this ares landmarks. St Malo is only 25 minutes away and so access to the ferry port to the mainland and to the channel islands is very easy and quick. Dinard, with is wonderful beaches is only 30 minutes away and so is the International airport of Dinard/Pleurtuit which maintains easy , quick and sometimes very cheap access to mainland UK and the Channel islands. Dinan, which is enviably famous for its wonderful medieval architecture and canals and cobbled streets is again only 25 minutes away and of course Le Mont St Michel is a short 10 minutes from the house. There is so much to explore in this area and its an ideal place to visit for holidays or to live on a more permenant basis.
