The house is in an ideal location just 10 minutes from the larger towns of St James and a few minutes further to the medieval town of Fougères with all amenities. Access to the A84 motorway is in St James and from there you have easy access to Avranches, St Malo, Dinard (with its airport offering cheap flights to UK ) Mont St Michel, Caen and Rennes. The nearest village of Le Ferre is a few minutes by car or an easy stroll with the dog. You have a restaurant, bakery and antique shop in the village plus the mayor and local church.
