A sun-soaked paradise for less than the cost of a semi in suburbia! Peaceful 130 square metre house on two floors with large garden (approx. 1700 square metres), sunny courtyards and private roof terrace giving spectacular mountain views.
Welcome to Banyuls dels Aspres, a friendly unpretentious village 20 minutes drive from the sea and Spain. It is set on a low hill in the Roussillon plain, said to be the sunniest part of France. Its location means that the village has almost no through-traffic. Rue d’Andorre is a quiet street about 30 yards from the main square with its general store and other shops. Fruit and vegetable stalls are regularly set up in the square, overlooked by its parish church.
