Quiet coastline (outside july & august)with pristine water, casually hospitable tavernas, infrequent traffic on small local roads. Only culture / entertainment is missing, except for rare summertime performances. Tourists mostly pass through. Kotronas or Kokkala offer basic necessities; Areopolis or Gytheio provide a more wide ranging choice. Mountains ever present.
