Acqui Terme Information

Piedmont is full of historic and charming villages and towns. Acqui Terme being one of the most desirable. An ancient roman spa town with high end spa facilities it has a large pedestrian area and lots of fountains. It has two markets a week and plentiful bars and restaurants.there are many village festas thoughout the summer and a very large swimming pool.
Other towns nearby include Asti (which makes prosecco) Alba (truffles) and Alessandria.
The coast is about an hour away by motorway and also a scenic route through the Ligurian hills. Genoa (near Cinque terre) and Milan and Turin are an easy hour or two away.
