The property is located within one hour by car from Rome and 1 1/2 hours from Florence, exiting from the A1 Autostrada either at Attigliano or Orvieto (the latter is just 20 minutes from the property). Orvieto is well connected to Rome, Florence and Milan by rail, with about 20 trains per day to and from Rome. There is also a closer local station at Alviano, less than10 minutes from the house, but also served by fewer and slower trains.
Finally international flights, including low cost are available from Rome Leonardo da Vinci and from Perugia Sant' Egidio.
