The property is surrounded by hills and valleys and is 5 kilometres from the main IC1 road to Lisbon from Albufeira about 15 -20 mins drive there is a small shop come bar in Perna Seca with a restaurant with very reasonably priced food...the 27 Acres are made up of 2 valleys a fishing lake cork trees ( which brings in revenue every 7 years ). A semi detached ruin halfway down the drive and some outbuildings .And of course the main house which is livable but the attached animal sheds as ruins now.
