The house is located on the small fishing village of San Juan de Nieva in Asturias, north coast of Spain.
San Juan de Nieva is 50 meters away from the sea, 15 minutes walk from the natural environment of the dunes of Xago beach, and 15 minutes walk from the coastal route of the light house of Aviles.
The village gives the opportunity to live in a quiet environment, with access to the coast, beaches, fishing and outdoor activities, as well as being conveniently close (15 minutes drive) to the main village Aviles, where we can find all sort of shopping facilities, restaurants and cultural life.
Asturias, natural paradise of Spain, offers a good quality of life, having three main cities, and being in between a long sea side coast with sunny beaches, and the green country side and forest, including the famous mountain range of Picos de Europa, where winter sports are also possible.
