The location of the house is in a picturesque valley with orange groves and vineyards between two ridges covered with pine forests - the pride of Spain, a national nature reserve protected by the state Sierra Espuna in the south of Spain.The valley, sheltered on both sides by high mountains, except for a unique scenic area has its own unique mild climate, it is much warmer in winter and cooler in summer than in the rest of the South. Winter temperature average is 16 degrees and in the summer it tends not to exceed 30, it is a unique microclimate not repeated anywhere else in Spain.
Within this valley is a small town with shops and supermarkets, it is 30km to Murcia the regional centre and only 20 km to the sea, (10 minutes by car). Where there are miles of beautiful sandy beaches.
The thermal springs of Archena are only 60km away and within a 5km radius there are golf clubs, shops, racetrack and entertainment venues. There are also number cozy restaurants with an inexpensive exclusively Spanish cuisine.
