Oliva Information

OLIVA is a lively town which has a good size marina and interesting town. It has numerous restaurants, bars and shops and is a focal point for the many fiestas (festival days). In the evening there is an arts and crafts market along the sea front. It also has a weekly market as well as a permanent indoor market where you can buy fresh fish and vegetables.


You may choose to take a day out to Alicante, Valencia or Benidorm or spend some time taking part in the many activities which are all nearby.
We are situated mid way almost, between Valencia and Alicante airports, Valencia being closer by about 15 minutes drive. We have a good golf course on the outskirts of the town, being OLIVA NOVA GOLF

The lovely city of Valencia, Spain's third city is well worth a visit with many visitor attractions including the Science park and the Port. Alicante is also an hours' drive away. If you prefer you can take the picturesque local train from Denia and stop at any of the local coastal towns including Benidorm and Calpe or continue the whole way and finish in the market place at Alicante.


Benidorm has aquaparks, the Terra Mitica theme park (similar to Disney Wolrd) and the Benidorm Palace if you would like a night out dining with a show.

For golf enthusiats, La Sella (27 holes) and Olive Nova Championship golf courses are within a 15 minutes drive and the Championship course of El Saler (in the World's top 100 courses) is 45 minutes away. There are several 9-hole golf courses under 30 minutes away.

Once you have spent some time swimming or sunbathing you may want to get some windsurfing lessons at the School along the beach .
