The house is on a quiet community near to the exclusive resort of Canet D'en Berenguer, slightly North of Puerto Sagunto. All facilities are available in Canet and / or Puerto Sagunto including supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, hospitals, bars, restaurants and cafés. Other than a few pioneer German and English owners, the homes are almost all owned by Spanish owners and the resort remains quiet and unspoilt, one of the very few left as such. New commercial centres and warehouses (including Mercadona) are opening in nearby areas and nearly 4000 direct employees are said to be coming to the area so prices and demand are expected to rise.
Sagunto itself nearby has a castle and historical sites including a Roman amphitheatre, where open-air performances are held every summer. Visit the town for the many local fiestas and events including Moors and Christians and the local events.
Kilometres of stony and / or sandy beaches including the main Blue Flag beaches in the area.
All this and yet and easy commute to work in Valencia or to the English or American schools in Puzol or just as a perfect, tranquil, holiday home within easy reach of the airport at Valencia (or the less used one at Castellon).
Valencia itself is within an easy drive and as the third largest city in Spain has everything that you can need plus lots of sight-seeing and major cultural events including the world-famous Fallas in March.
